Day 1: Understanding What Drives You

In the Getting Started section,  you spent time reflecting on the first six months of the year and should have a good idea of all you have accomplished. I strongly feel that it is important to take the time to acknowledge your accomplishments and celebrate them. 

Too often we get so caught up in the day-to-day that we don’t recognize the little victories that lead to big wins. Instead, we focus on what didn’t get done or the goals we missed. 

If you did not complete the previous module, go ahead and do that now. These first few steps are the foundational pieces that will make your goal setting and your planning more powerful. 

Next, we are going to reflect on your “WHY”

Why do you do what you do? What is it that truly gets you up in the morning when all you want to do is roll over and go back to sleep? What forces you to pick up the phone to call yet another potential client? What keeps you going, even when you want to give up?

Your “why” is personal and no two why’s are exactly alike. More importantly, there’s no right or wrong “why.”
 
Once you know what drives you, every decision becomes easier!
